Product Description

Cellulose thickeners only thicken water, but do not thicken other components of water-based paints, nor cause significant interactions between pigments and emulsion particles in paints, thus failing to adjust paint rheology. Cellulose thickeners generally only increase the viscosity of the coating at low and medium shear rates. The cellulose in the coating will also give the coating a certain water retention, which can delay the drying time of the coating to a certain extent. Cellulose thickener will also make the coating have a certain thixotropy, prevent the coating layering deposition.
