Product Description

HPMC is a typical inorganic insulating material. The rosin stone is used to rapidly shrink the crystal water under the action of high temperature thermal radiation to form a spherical light aggregate with an internal porous cavity structure and an external sealing glass. HPMC has excellent properties such as small thermal conductivity, thermal insulation, light weight, flame resistance, and aging resistance. As a lightweight aggregate, it has excellent anti-aging, weather resistance, fire resistance, and thermal insulation properties. The composite application of HPMC thermal insulation mortar and organic thermal insulation materials can give full play to their respective advantages, and at the same time can make up for their respective shortcomings, which is very suitable for external wall insulation in cold and cold areas.

Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose(HPMC)

HPMC is a non-ionic cellulose ether made from natural polymer refined cotton as raw material, processed through a series of etherification reactions, water washing and drying processes. It is an odorless, tasteless, non-toxic white powder that swells into a clear colloidal solution in cold water. It has the characteristics of thickening, adhesion, dispersion, emulsification, film formation, suspension, adsorption, gel, surface activity, moisture retention and protective colloid. Diatom mud is a material for interior wall modification. The addition of HPMC can make diatom mud more cohesive and easy to construct, without affecting the permeability of diatom mud, and both are environmentally friendly.

Dissolution method:

1. Cold water method: When it needs to be directly added to the normal temperature aqueous solution, the cold water dispersion type is adopted. After the addition, the viscosity and consistency gradually increase to the index requirements.
2. Powder mixing method: HPMC powder and other powdered ingredients such as diatomaceous earth are fully dispersed by dry mixing, and then dissolved by adding water, then HPMC can be dissolved without coagulation.
