Product Description

HEC is hydroxyethyl ether of cellulose. The product is an odorless, non-toxic cellulose white or light yellow powder, with various specifications due to different manufacturing methods and manufacturer processes. In recent years, there have been new developments, such as anti-enzyme type, associative type and other types of hydroxyethyl cellulose products have come out.
HEC is a thickener commonly used in coatings and has the following advantages:
  1. Strong versatility Hydroxyethyl cellulose HEC is a non-ionic water-soluble polymer, which can be used in a wide range of PH.
2. It can be mixed with the components in general coatings (such as pigments, additives, soluble salts and electrolytes) without abnormal phenomena.
