Redispersible latex powder is a water-soluble redispersible powder. It is a polymer made from natural gas acetylene produced by vinyl acetate and ethylene produced by ethanol dehydration, and other auxiliary materials through emulsion polymerization process. The emulsion is divided into ethylene, vinyl acetate copolymer, vinyl acetate, tertiary ethylene carbonate copolymer, etc., using polyvinyl alcohol as a protective colloid. Improve the compressive strength and flexural strength of mortar.
1. The redispersible latex powder is dispersed to form a film and play a reinforcing role as a second adhesive;
2. The protective colloid is absorbed by the mortar system;
3. The film-forming polymer resin is used as a reinforcing material and distributed throughout the mortar system, thereby increasing the cohesion of the mortar;
4. The addition of latex powder improves the elongation of the mortar and thus improves the impact toughness of the mortar and also imparts a good stress dispersion effect to the mortar.
