Product Description

Hydroxy propyl methyl cellulose (HPMC) is odorless, tasteless,non-toxic cellulose ethers produce from natural high molecula and protective colloid properties of surface activity and maintain moisture function properties ect.cellulose through series of chemical processing and achieved.It is white powder with good water solubility. It has thickening, adhesion ,dispersing, emulsifying, film, suspended, adsorption, gel. In the course of construction,HPMC is used for wall putty, tile adhesive, cement mortar, dry mix mortar, wall plaster, skim coat, mortar, concrete admixtures, cement, gypsum plaster, joints fillers, crack filler, etc.

Application
1. Construction Industry
With good thixotropy and adhesive, mortar can be pumped. As binders in plaster, gypsum material, putty powder or other materials.
2. Ceramic Industry: widely used as a binder in the manufacture of ceramic products.
3. Paint or Ink Printing Industry: with good compatibility in water or organic solventsas, it can be used as a thickening agent, dispersing agent and stabilizer and can also be used in paint remover.
4.  Plastic: used as forming release agent, softening agent, lubricant etc.
5. PVC: As dispersant in the polyvinyl chloride production, the main auxiliaries of suspension polymerization for preparing PVC.
6. Others: This product is also widely used in leather, paper products and the textile industry.

Product properties

1.   Water Retention: The water retention will be enhanced, which is helpful with such problems as cement or gypsum construction material drying too fast and poor hardening or cracking due to insufficient hydration.

2. Operationality: It can enhance the plasticity of mortar and improve the coating efficiency in construction projects.

3. Adhesivity: It can make mortar attach to base material better since the plasticity of mortar is enhanced.

4. Slip Resistance: It can prevent slipping problem between mortar and the base material in construction project as a result of its thickening effect.

Packaging

 HPMC and RDP are packed in the following two types of packages.

A. 25 Kg bag with polyethylene inner ,and 12 MT with pallet is loaded in one container of 20 ft.

B. 25 Kg bag with polyethylene inner ,and 14 MT without pallet is loaded in one container of 20 ft
