Redispersible emulsion powder(VAE/RDP), commonly known as dry powder adhesive, is a white water-soluble liquid powder produced by spray-drying special water-based emulsion. It dissolves in water easily and quickly forms emulsion .It has high adhesion, water resistance, processability and heat insulation,widely be used into the cement mortar as additive of building industrial.


VAE Powder is a white or off-white water-soluble liquid powder produced by spray-drying special water-based emulsion.
Mostly based on vinyl acetate and ethylene. It dissolves in water easily and quickly forms emulsion .It has high adhesion, water resistance, processability and heat insulation,.It is mainly used into the cement mortar as additive of building industrial.

Storage
Redispersible polymer powder should be stored in cool and dry environment. It is recommended to use within 6 months, preferably be used as soon as possible in summer. Storage in high temperature and humidity conditions will increase the risk of caking. Opened containers should be used as soon as possible, if not, should be resealed to prevent ingress of moisture from the air.
Redispersible polymer powder supplied in paper bags should not be stacked. Prolonged heavy pressure may cause caking. Storage under pressure should also be avoided.
